Form for permission to test orally
The requests for permission for teachers to test students with the accommodation of being tested orally MUST now be done by using the new digital form. This is the only way to get permission for teachers to test specific students orall starting with this summer's exams (Summer 2011 קיץ תשא"ע)
This RELPACES the form we have used until now, and it is procedure for the WHOLE country.

You will need a password to get into the system. The person in your school who is in charge of Bagrut should have been upadted regarding everything that needs to be done. Please do this in conjunction with the person responsible for Bagrut in your school.
NOTE: Moed Bet: If the tester is the same for Moed Bet as it was for Moed Aleph, you do not need to request permission again.
AFTER THE EXAM:
After you have assessed the exam, you must photocopy the exam paper as well as the filled-out 9540 form, and send them to:

Remember: whoever is testing the pupil on the bagrut can NOT be the pupil's regular classroom teacher. Also, the matkonet exam should be given by the same tester who will be administering the oral exam
