Use this file to keep track of what each learner did during the high school years, regardless of change of teacher.

• The class teacher prepares a page for each learner, and updates at the end of each school year.
• The pages should be kept in a file by the Coordinator - each teacher's class being in a section unto itself.
• When a learner chages classes, the page gets transeferred to the new class.
• When  a teacher leaves, there is detailed documentation for all of the grades needed to give the learner the yearly grade s/he has earned
