Avi may use one of these two forms when observing a teacher's lesson. Prior to an observation session, the coordinator should go over the forms carefully together with the teacher who is going to be observed, and use them when planning the lesson to be observed.

You might want to ask Avi which of the two forms he plans on using for the observation.
