Learner Feedback pages

Collecting periodic feedback from our learners is vital to  understanding our learners' needs. It teaches them to reflect on their own learning as well as on our teaching, so that we can all perform to a higher standard. It gives them an opportunity to tell us what they have been meaning to tell us, but never dared, and it gives us a springboard for dialog with our learners, which is essential for our own professional development, as well as for dealing with classroom management issues.

For feedback to be effective, it should be done mid-year, and again at the end of the year. It can be a boon for teachers in preparation for report cards and parent-teacher conferences.

On this page, you will find a collection of summative and formative feedback pages which we have collected. If you have any more which you have used and want to share, send them to me (
adeler@kfar-olami.org.il) and I will be happy to add them to our collection
.

Please remember, NOTHING here is carved in stone: use them, adapt them, make them appropriate for you and your specific learners
